Kitchen/diner with electric oven, halogen hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Dining seating for six and a Smart TV plus sitting room with seating for six and a Smart TV. Both TVs have Netflix, iplayer etc but guests would need to use their own account. Off-road parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking available nearby. Super-fast fibre broadband and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in rent but please bring beach towels.. This property is no smoking and cannot accept pets You'll find a shop within 0.3 miles and a pub within 0.1 mile. Immerse yourself in the great outdoors of Cumbria with a rural retreat at Crow's Nest. Please note this property is double glazed but some windows are low. The low windows have child guards to ensure they don't open fully but we do recommend supervising children around the lower windows. Higher windows can be opened fully. Infantswelcome at the property but guests would need to bring travel cot highchair stairgate etc

Second-floor apartment. Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size, 1 x double with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x double. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Gas central heating. Kitchen/diner with a Smart TV, Electric oven, halogen hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer (70/30), washing machine, dishwasher. Sitting room with seating for 6 guests and a Smart TV. Both TVs have netflix,iplayer apps etc, guests would need to use their own account and please log out before departure.

Arnside is a charming village positioned within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, surrounded by low limestone hills, marshy plains, and deciduous woodlands. Many of the villages old features have been maintained, with its beautiful pier and port area offering a lasting reminder of Arnsides illustrious history. The village offers a handful of amenities, including pubs and shops, and there is a network of wonderful woodland walks available through the surrounding countryside.

Note: This property now has double glazed windows but due to the age of the apartment building some windows are low, the higher windows can be opened fully and the lower windows do have child guards to prevent full opening but we would always recommend that children are supervised around lower windows. Note: This property can accept infants but guests would need to bring travel cot, stair gate, high chair etc, The lower entrance hall is large enough to accommodate buggys or children's scooters.
