This charming stone cottage is situated in the historic town of Appleby, located between the Lakes and North Pennines with local amenities including artisan bakers, butchers and even a Harry Potter themed shop! There are some fabulous walks and cycle routes on your doorstep.

Visit the Norman castle or hop on a train on the Settle to Carlisle Railway which passes through during summer months. Enjoy a swim in the open air pools at Shap or Askham, (under 11 miles away and seasonal) or a hack at one of the nearby equestrian centres.
