Rooms: Living room, kitchen/diner, 2 bedrooms (1 with en-suite shower room), bathroom.

Kitchen & utilities: Electric hob and oven, fridge with ice box, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Entertainment: TV.

For families: Travel cot, booster seat to attach to dining chair, stairgate at doorway of Bedroom 2.

Outside: Enclosed garden to rear of cottage, accessed via gate at side of property,

Parking: No Parking provided, on road parking near cottage.

General: No smoking, WiFi provided. Bed linen and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. Electric storage heaters.

Pets: 1 well behaved dog is accepted at an additional cost of £25 per week.
