Do you have a question about this home or the local area?

Occupying an enviable position overlooking the Cornish coast, this elegant home has views to die for. Our preferred way to enjoy the vista is with a cup of tea in the garden as you watch the sailboats floating by below. The house is situated on a private footpath that leads you to the sea in a couple of minutes. If you're in the mood for an adventure, there are plenty of watersports options and boat rental that your helpful hosts can help you arrange. The village amenities of St Mawes harbour are within a few minutes on foot should you need to stock up on essentials. However, if you can tear yourself away from that view, you're just a twenty-minute ferry crossing from the vibrant university town of Falmouth. For a different atmosphere, you're a short drive from picturesque fishing villages like Portscatho and Portloe. After a day on the water or exploring the local area, return to a catered candlelit dinner looking out over the sea (available at an additional cost) before cosying up around the log-burning stove and curling up with a book and a glass of wine.

About The Roseland Peninsula

If you were to fly over the Roseland Peninsula, you would see a fairytale-like, quintessentially English landscape of higgledy-piggledy, asymmetric fields. And on the ground, it’s no less charming. Aside from rolling countryside, the peninsula’s long shoreline is characterised by craggy rocks and quiet coves, while winding roads will take you to historic hamlets, coastal towns and traditional pubs. Roseland Peninsula sticks out from the rest of West Cornwall, separated...
