The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, sitting room with Smart TV with Netflix access, and woodburning stove, and conservatory/dining area. There is a king-size bedroom and a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car on a shared driveway. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Highchair and cot available on request. Pets are not permitted. Note: The driveway leads out onto a road which can get bust in the high summer months, please take car when leaving the property, owners recommend reserving into the parking space. Abundant wildlife, beautiful coastal walks, world-class surfing, and the Celtic mysteries of the Land's End Peninsula are all within easy reach and provide plenty of entertainment for visitors.
