"Our second stay at Puffins, we just love it."
Everything is in place, we needed for nothing. Our 5th stay at Belyars Croft always a delight. We ate out every night, Host, Firestation, beer Huis, Tayla, Beach cafe all delicious. We manage to walk on average over 6 days 11500 steps/ day. Weather superb. Hopefully we will be back at Xmas. We did visit Mary’ studio but she was out, hopefully another time. Building Work Notice
There is currently building work underway at Carrick Lodge which is located adjacent to the Belyars Croft development to renovate the existing building and add an extension. Carrick Lodge is accessed by vehicle via the shared driveway accessed via Belyars Croft’s parking area. The remaining building work is expected to continue throughout 2025 and these works are projected to take place at the front/south side of the building which is the furthest point of the building away from Belyars Croft. During this time associated activity and noises may be experienced, with workmen and vehicles also being on site. Please note, the views from your apartment will not be affected.
Please note, despite these works taking place, the noise disruption has been kept to a minimum and is rarely noticed.
The owner has opted to provide one set of keys however there is a key safe that can be used to store the keys when you leave the apartment if required.
Parking for Puffins is located to the rear of the building in an un-allocated parking space. Please note, the car park is strictly monitored. On arrival you will find a Parking Permit left for you on a Bulldog Clip in the hallway, please ensure this is displayed on your vehicle dashboard AT ALL TIMES as penalties are applied for all vehicles with no Permit clearly displayed.
