"The property was very nice and well refurbished."
We did have a few issues with the property. When we arrived there was no hot water and it was difficult to get in touch with the landlord as no phone number was provided in the welcome pack at the property. It was resolved the following morning. There is also no dishwasher so we had to wash the pots before use as the previous guests hadn’t washed them properly. The parking is very awkward, accessed by a one lane road, just wide enough for a medium sized car, and the entrance is at an angle, so you have to reverse into the neighbour’s driveway to manoeuvre into the right angle to enter. The car park entrance is also a bit rough. However, we enjoyed our stay and the property was a great base and is well located in Cornwall.

"Gorgeous little apartment, I'd love to live in there!"
Lovely layout and it's easy access getting in and out. Carpark is a squeeze but car feels safe leaving it there. The apartment was in a great location so we did abit of travelling around the southwest of Cornwall. As it's only 45mins to Lands End and 50mims to The Lizard. Top holiday!!

A great property for a couple or two friends to explore Cornwall, the apartment is a stone's throw away from local amenities and attractions, whilst offering a compact yet well-equipped base to call home.
