The kitchen/diner is equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, fridge, dishwasher and dining seating for seven. The utility has a washing machine and a fridge and the sitting room has a TV and an open fire. 1 x king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC, 1 x king-size, 1 x double, 1 x child's only bunk, along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear patio with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are all included in the rental price. For your local conveniences, you'll find a shop within 0.8 miles, a pub within 0.4 miles and a beach within 2.2 miles. Marbeachow makes an excellent base for your next group retreat to Cornwall. Note: The top bunk will not be made up. Note: Check-in from 4:30pm, check-out by 9:30am. Note: Due to ceiling height, please only use to the lower bunk on the child's bunk bed. The property is not suitable for 7 adults due to the bunk bed being for children only.
