The property

Ideally located in central Newquay within walking distance of the world-famous Fistral Beach, the town centre and all its amenities, this deluxe contemporary 3 bedroom town house is set over 3 floors and is perfect for families or up to 3 couples.

After parking in your allocated space at the rear of the property you enter the house into the hallway before going through to the light and airy open plan living room with comfortable seating for 6 including a large cosy sofa and dining room.

Newly decorated it also includes a 43" Smart TV with Freeview.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a full collection of appliances including a coffee grinder and filter machine to help kick start your day.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms which can each be set up as either kingsize doubles or twin beds, to give you a choice of sleeping options, along with the family bathroom.

The master king-size double bedroom is on the second floor and benefits from en-suite facilities, fitted walk in wardrobe, a Smart 43" TV, and a balcony, with furniture which has extensive views of the rolling Cornish countryside.

From the rear of the property, both the en-suite and the first floor bedroom have far-reaching views over Newquay with beaches and cliffs in the distance, a great view to start the day with!

There is an enclosed garden with furniture giving you the opportunity to relax when you return from a day on the beach.

There is also an outdoor shower and bbq area (perfect for disposables).

The Newquay Golf Club is just a couple of minutes walk away where you can play golf whilst enjoying the stunning views of Fistral Beach.

The award winning Newquay zoo and Trenance boating lake are only a short walk away along with a tennis centre which boasts both indoor and outdoor courts.

Waterworld with its 25-metre pool, fun-pool and slides is in the same location.

Beach lovers will be spoilt for choice here.

With all of Newquay's famous beaches lining the seafront adjoining the harbour and stretching for miles at low tide to the top surfing beach Fistral, and the wonderful family beach Crantock, there is a beach to suit everybody.

For a quieter day on the beach even at the height of summer the far side of the Gannel estuary is highly recommended where you will always find a private spot you can call your own.

With all of the town's restaurants within walking distance you will be spoilt for choice and no need for a cab ride home.

We especially recommend Lewinnick Lodge for stunning views of the Atlantic coastline at Pentire Point and at Fistral Beach, Rick Stein Fistral, the outstanding Fish House, Fistral Beach Bar or the Stable.

Newquay also boasts many cafes, restaurants and bars all within walking distance, not forgetting fish and chips that can be enjoyed sitting on the harbour wall.

A great location for a memorable holiday available all year round.

You may also be interested in Fistral Breeze's sister property Fistral Surf (Ref: 990229) which is a two-bedroom apartment with stunning views of the iconic Fistral Beach; The property has the use of an open-air heated pool in the summer months also with allocated parking and it is located on the Pentire headland, approximately a mile from Fistral Breeze.
