• Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, 42" Plasma TV with Freeview. Far-reaching sea and beach views.
• Nearest beach: 500 yards.
• Nearest amenities: on site. 
• Outdoors: Enclosed veranda with garden furniture and great views of the beach. Storage box with access to various beach equipment.
• Parking: Sufficient on-site parking. Tickets can be purchased at £20 a per week. 
• Family facilities: Not provided, but can be hired. 
• Pets: No pets welcome, sorry. 
• General: WiFi included, electricity included in rent; panel wall heaters. Electricity by way of card meter. Min. £10.00 gratuity left for incoming guests. If this runs out, card can be topped up on site.
• Important notes: No smoking, not suitable for people with mobility restrictions due to there being 28 steps leading to the villa.
• Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.
