The front glass fronted balcony is the perfect place to enjoy an evening sundowner or watch the paddle boarders float down the river. Inside the property has been stylishly decorated with painted shaker style kitchen, fitted with everything you would need to enjoy a family holiday. There is one bedroom on the ground floor along with the family bathroom and on the first floor are two more double rooms, one with an ensuite WC and handbasin.

Looe has plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you well fed and entertained during your stay, not forgetting the sandy beach and boat trips which operate during the summer months. The Coastal path is easily accessible and can take you to Polperro in one direction and Seaton in the other, both of which are lovely places for a day trip or for a spot of lunch.

• Pets: 1 pet allowed at £25 per pet per week - we will contact you regarding this at the time of booking

• Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 10am departure.
