The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four people, and a sitting room with Smart TV with Freeview, Apple TV, Alexa Echo and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with LCD TV and a family room with a single and a bunk, along with a bathroom. Outside there is south-facing communal gardens and off-road, undercover parking for one car. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 1.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Located just a short drive from St Ives, the beach community of Carbis Bay is renowned for its stunning stretch of sugar-white sand. For an old-fashioned beach day, the beach has turquoise waves and sheltered circumstances that make it feel like you're in a subtropical location. Ocean Sports Centre is located on beach, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, why not rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and get out on the ocean instead? For a truly luxurious experience, why not book yourself a day at the luxurious hotel, which overlooks the beach and has a lovely terrace from where you can sip cocktails in the Cornish sunshine? Small local businesses and eateries, such as Carbis Bay's fish & chip shop and railroad spur, are all found in this seaside town.
