This lovely stone cottage is situated in a hamlet amid the South Cornwall countryside, however its rural location is not too far removed from local attractions and the Eden Project along with the National Trust's Lanhydrock are both a short drive away.

The popular harbour town of Fowey is 8 miles away with its shops and restaurants. Dotted along the Fowey estuary are several sandy beaches which make great places to swim, sunbathe and explore the rockpools, some of which have swimming platforms and tidal paddling pools.
