14 Customer Reviews

  • "Myself, fiancé and infant stayed here for 7 nights over Christmas and were not disappointed one bit."

The location alone is unbeatable. Walk across the road and you have delamere forest the train station and cafe. Short 2-5 minute drive to the local shop and pub. The house itself is beautiful and very cosy. Two nice sized bedrooms and large bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped and living spaces more than adequate for our family. There were zero issues with the heating or hot water, ignore any previous reviews, in fact if anything it was too warm!! The only criticism we had was the crockery and cutlery were left very dirty from the previous guests and we had to wash them all. Not a big deal as there is a dishwasher. Oh and they went the extra mile to make it feel like Xmas with a tree and bottle of mulled wine! We visit the area a lot and won’t look anywhere else from now on.

Thank you so much for your lovely feedback, although I’m so sorry you had dirty cutlery on arrival, that should not have been the case! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon, with best wishes Property Owner
