Given that this home sits in a particularly picturesque corner of Jutland, it's only fitting that it has so much outside space from which to admire the coastal scenery. There are terraces on both sides of the house and plenty of seating, plus a barbecue so you can spend as much time in the open air as possible. When you do eventually retreat inside, you'll find a contemporary interior dominated by soothingly white walls, dark wooden floors and smart furnishings. There's a distinctly nautical theme to much of the decorations, including a collection of model boats. Another feature that's worthy of praise isn't immediately obvious — a heat pump, geothermal heat and solar panels are used to power the property. In the local area, the sands of Hejlsminde Strand take only fifteen minutes to reach on foot, as does the marina. Sitting just behind the coastline is Hejls Nor, a large lake surrounded by nature. For a change of scenery, the towns of Haderslev and Kolding take twenty and twenty-five minutes to reach respectively.
