We arrived at the vacation home completely dirty. It hadn't been vacuumed, the bathrooms were dirty. The toilets weren't cleaned, and the dishes in the cupboards were even dirty. After consulting the agency, the owner had apparently stayed in the vacation home before and left it in the same condition. We were neither reimbursed for the cleaning fee nor refunded the final cleaning fee. The house is very dated. The trampoline no longer bounces. Not recommended.
