A very nice house in a fantastic location. Nice living room, kitchen. The bedrooms could use some updating and 2 are very small. A suitable house for 2 adults with 2 children. The exterior maintenance is neglected and some planks are loose. On the stairs up to the extra sleeping area there were some screws sticking out which I had to screw in. Even the oven was uncleaned when we arrived.
