A cute little house, quiet and secluded with a great view of the sea behind the house. Only accessible via a narrow staircase, like the house itself. The house is very shabby and has a few defects that should be fixed for the money. Rain comes in through the windows and the roof above the stove. There is mold under the sink in the cupboard. Outside lighting doesn't work. Sun loungers and backrests broken. The bathroom should be renovated. Cleanliness OK, but only superficial.
