Or, there are many beautifully sandy and rugged beaches on the island to explore. Several of them within ten minutes by car. Danzigmand beach is particularly lovely, just an eight-minute drive away. Læsø isn't a big island, but its charm is within its natural and wild beauty. To really experience it, you can hire bikes and cycle all around the island, stopping off in small, quaint villages along the way.
