Location Description Nykøbing Mors

Small, busy town and capital of Mors with 9'000 inhabitants, in the northern part, directly by the sea, 31 km south-east from Thisted, 33 km north-west from Skive, 125 km south-west from Ålborg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna at 1 - 7 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower. The hilly fiord landscape has many child-friendly beaches with shallow and calm water, where the young ones can play in the sand or look for amber.
