Small town with 6'500 inhabitants, in the north-eastern part of the region, in the countryside, 17 km north-west from Ålborg, 70 km north-east from Thisted, 70 km south-west from Frederikshavn. The moors are especially beautiful in the late summer when the heather is in flower.
