The cabin, with its traditional dark stained wood exterior, dates back to 1964, but has had a major refurbishment bringing it firmly into the present day. There's a minimalist, Nordic style throughout, and you'll love the huge windows that flood the space with natural light. The large dining table is just made for long dinners together, while the sofa is a comfy spot to curl up beside the wood-burning stove. And, on sunny days, you can breathe in the fresh air from the deck, while the kids run riot on the private lawn.

Take a ten-minute stroll, and you'll arrive at Handrup Strand, an excellent beach with silver sands and crystal clear water. Golfers can take an eight-minute drive over to the nearest club, while Sommerland theme park is half an hour away. And, don't forget your walking boots – the hilly landscapes of Mols Bjerge National Park are right on your doorstep.
