At the beginning and during our stay, the owner was friendly. Upon departure, he tried to blame us for existing damage and acted as if the TV, which had never been used, was broken. The cleanliness was urgently needed, and new kitchen appliances were needed. There was a major mosquito problem, and the roof leaked when it rained. Not everything was as advertised. The surroundings were nice, though.

It did not match the information provided in the holiday home. We were very disappointed and went straight home.

Great location, very friendly landlords and a beautiful garden. The four of us had a great time relaxing. Everything we needed was there.

Great accommodation with a smart heating system, so that it got warm quickly in autumn with little effort. The terrace is very cozy and the owners were friendly and helpful.

We had a pleasant stay in this small but very practical property. All you need is at you disposal (nothing is missing). Not recommended for tall people, the stairs leading to the upper floor are very tiny and the ceiling of the bedroom upstairs is extremely low. The region is worth a visit with its beautiful nature and its friendly as well as welcoming people! A mediterranean cuisine restaurant in V.M. deserves a visit as well as an authentic Italian pizzeria (hidden in the forest) in Frenstat!

Quiet setting, good arrangement.

Have booked here for two weeks. The accommodation was fine. Small and cozy and certainly not suitable for a whole day's stay, but a great place to sleep and options to stay. However, there is one thing that was difficult for us personally, namely no possibility to communicate with the landlord, which is really difficult in the end. We saved ourselves but it would be so much nicer if you could make yourself understood. The Czech Republic is an economical country and the food and drinks are dirt cheap

Comfortable accommodation in a pleasant environment. Clean, quiet, everywhere within walking distance.

We really liked it there, the property is nice and cozy, but only for 3 people. The owners are pleasant and kind. The only drawback was the fact that there is neither a pub nor a shop in Lhotka.

It is in itself a nice house, which disappointed us was that you were sitting in the backyard of the landlords. The house was attached to their home. Could not be seen in the photo when booking.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, cobwebs everywhere with some dead spiders. Unfortunately no vacuum cleaner or similar there. The facilities are a bit outdated. Right next door is a freight depot where work is also done at night, in the morning the trains sometimes honk their horns every minute. A small garden with a small pool and play equipment can be shared. Street parking only. No shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. No fly screens on the doors and windows, had our joy with the mosquitoes. You can use this accommodation to sleep, but not really more. TV with some German channels.

Functional house ideal for 2 people. There is no wholesaler next to the house, only a hardware base of a construction company. It does not disturb your stay. Railway line 300 m and you can hear the trains passing by but it did not bother us. Information about the shop 200 m and the restaurant 1 km is wrong. There is no shop or restaurant nearby (the closest is the xxx microbrewery in the suburb of Valasske Mezirici). A good starting point for trips, but rather longer ones. Apart from the Helfsztyn castle and the historic town of Kromeriż, there is nothing interesting in the region.

although the weather was such that we hardly spent any time outside, we were able to enjoy our holiday very much in this cozy little house in front of the wood stove. (only the mattress is a bit hard...)
