This place is paradise, the owners are very nice, but that's how it is in Moravia, that's why I like to go here, everyone likes each other here :). The house is clean, extremely equipped, the garden is beautifully maintained. Although the garden is shared with the owners' land, we had 100% privacy. The accommodation is in the heart of beautiful vineyards on a hill under rocks with a beautiful view of Nové Mlýny and sunsets.

Very pleasant, clean and cozy accommodation with a beautiful view of the Novomlýn reservoirs, providing sufficient privacy and peace. Pleasant and practically furnished accommodation, comfortable beds in both rooms, sufficiently equipped kitchen. Very helpful and pleasant owner. We were satisfied with our stay and would definitely like to come back sometime. For lovers of hiking, we can recommend a trip along the hiking trails located above the accommodation. The views and limestone cliffs are definitely worth a little physical effort.

A beautiful and quiet place in the vineyards on the slope of Pálava with a view of the Novomlýn reservoirs, a friendly and helpful host, wonderful nearby and more distant surroundings. I would love to come back here again sometime. I warmly recommend.

The coffee maker and kettle need to be renewed, as do the cleaning tools. The carpet in the second tasting room should also be replaced or at least explained in the brochure.

Great place to relax! All right! Nice owner! I recommend it to everyone who needs a rest - you are in the entire cottage with your own equipment and on the property together with the owner, but he is further away (so you do not disturb him and neither does he disturb you)

The object was as described. The landlord who lives on the property is very nice and was rarely seen. But you could ask him at any time if you had a request. Unfortunately, the TV only had Czech channels and for me as a smoker it was a pity that there was no roof so that I didn't get wet when I smoked in the rain. Would book this accommodation again at any time.

Beautiful, fully equipped holiday home. Fine view of the artificial lake. Very peaceful and quiet surroundings. Good base for touring the Palava area and visiting its historical attractions. Moderately priced. Most friendly and welcoming host staying next door.

Spacious house with good facilities. Less suitable for people with walking difficulties. Owner lives on the same property but we have only seen and spoken on arrival and departure. Quiet location with beautiful view. Directly on hiking trails. Outside the (high) season, the limited opening hours of nearby restaurants and supermarkets should be taken into account.
