We were more than shocked when we arrived at the holiday home. First of all, the good news: the house really does exist. But that's about it with the good news. We made a list of 27 complaints and complained straight away. It starts with loose sockets, loose cables from the wall, dirty underwear from the previous tenant and ends with broken doors, chairs, cupboards and beds. No one on site really felt responsible and a ridiculous amount of compensation was offered.

When we arrived at the house, the railing on the steep stairs to the house was missing. The rooms were in a clean condition, but you couldn't say that about the kitchenette and its equipment. We were surprised by moldy products in the freezer cabinet. The fact that we couldn't use a bed because of broken slats surprised us just as little as the wifi that only existed on the terrace. The reaction of the reception - were the last tenants, no spare parts because of Ukraine

The apartment is will furnished and has everything needed for a short holiday. The down side is the beds are not comfortable at all. The slats under the mattress are easily moved/broken. For average adults we were afraid to even turn in the bed. The resort was great, family friendly and fun things to do especially the indoor swimming pool. Loved to be in the nature with cows on our horizon. The location is very well placed. Many things to do in the surrounding area.
