Located just a short drive from the resort town of Limassol, this studio apartment boasts sea views from the private balcony. Inside you’ll find everything you need for a fuss-free stay, including a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable seating area. While the home sleeps four – with two guests on the sofa bed – as this is an open-plan studio, privacy will be limited at full capacity. With that in mind, we think this place is best suited to a couple or small family wanting easy access to the area’s sandy beaches and historic sites.Home truths:
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area. As this is an open-plan studio apartment, privacy will be limited.
*As with most homes in Cyprus, toilet paper can't be flushed. Please use the sanitary bin provided.
*Parties are strictly not allowed at this home and guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 8am. The home is equipped with a noise sensor.
