Holiday Rental Description

Just a short walk from the sandy coast, this villa sits outside Protaras Town. The restaurant-filled main strip and the activity-packed Fig Tree Bay are close by, yet it's quiet here with a verdant green field as your neighbour and a sunny rooftop terrace to relax on – although the external spiral staircase isn't for the faint of heart. At ground level, a swimming pool invites you for a dip and the summer kitchen is made for alfresco feasts. Huge glass doors lead to the open living space, which is sunny as you like during the day and a lovely spot for breakfast.

*While the third bathroom isn't photographed, we expect the style to be consistent with the rest of the home
*All of the bedrooms are upstairs, so this home may not be suitable for those with limited mobility
*There is an external spiral staircase to the roof terrace which may not be suitable for small children – children will also need to be supervised around the unfenced pool
*Your host can provide a complimentary cot and high chair – this must be requested at the time of booking, and you’ll need to bring your own cot linen
*The beach and closest shop are 500 metres away – if you plan on driving, there's private parking available
*Though there isn't a dedicated desk here, the dining table doubles up as a laptop-friendly workspace
