Brand new and shining bright, this villa sits in a seaside neighbourhood of Paralimni town on Cyprus’ east coast. It’s just 300 metres from the nearest sandy beach, and the coastline here is a picture-perfect mix of rocky outcrops and soft-sand bays against a turquoise-blue sea. Paralimni town centre is within walking distance (or a short drive away) where you’ll find supermarkets for supplies, restaurants and a handful of bars.

The villa itself is ultra-modern, yet the bright white facade is in keeping with Cypritic tradition. A rectangular turquoise swimming pool awaits in the back garden, the perfect tonic to hot days on the island. Swim a few laps before spreading out on a sun lounger. A shaded dining table by the poolside is ideal for alfresco lunches, perhaps provided by the barbecue. At sunset, the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to relax with a cold drink in hand.

The open-plan living area is a great spot for socialising, with a big sofa, dining table and kitchen with a sit-up breakfast bar. We like the beachy touches of wicker lampshades and soft grey ceramics. You’ll find the bedrooms upstairs, and each one has its own balcony for a quiet moment’s contemplation.
