Private: swimming pool angular, heated (8 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (140 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna (extra). Washing machine. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 800 m, pebble beach 1.5 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise.
