A very well maintained, owner-managed facility. With a fantastic view of the sea. The facility was very well maintained, functional and modern. All clean. The balcony was more than big enough, on the right the view of the olive trees, on the left direction Vodice center. The pool was also big enough, with enough loungers and two showers and toilet. There were no coat hooks or wardrobe. In the kitchen a coated pan (everything burned in the existing one). The shower needed a thorough cleaning. Swimming pool was always clean. The toilet at the pool should also be cleaned. We had the top apartment with a fantastic sea view. The hosts very friendly and helpful.

My expectations were fully met. Everything was found as described. Very clean, good, quiet location. The way to the beach is a bit hilly, because the house is above the beach. This can be easily reached on foot in 10 minutes at most. The landlady on site is very personable and helpful. German is not spoken, but perfect English. The furnishing of the apartment was neat and modern. The pool is clean and very large.

The accommodation is very well located, clean and big enough for 4 people. Both bedrooms give access to a very nice, large terrace with sea views. There is a thatched roof over the table to protect from the sun. In the kitchen-living room there is an air conditioner, which is very valuable when it is very hot. The bathroom is small but adequate and with a window. Furthermore, there is a very nice pool with enough sun and shade loungers.

The apartment corresponds 100% to the description and photos. Wonderful view from the balcony. In a calm neighborhood. The pool is well maintained and there are always enough loungers. The apartment itself was clean and renovated. A new coffee maker, a few more glasses, a microwave and an extra. Chest of drawers would round off the whole thing. The landlord was very nice and takes excellent care of his guests. Conclusion: We felt very comfortable and can recommend the apartment 100%!

It was wonderful! The owner is very nice, great swimming pool, beautiful view from the top floor, 6 minutes walk to the sea, nothing more, I'll be back there next year :)

Peaceful location. Clean apartments. Excellent price-quality ratio. Good and friendly service at the destination. The equipment of the apartments leaves much to be desired, e.g. no oven or microwave. There was a big variation in the kitchen equipment between the apartments, not all of them had everything needed.

A place worth recommending.Własciciele bezproblemowi.Czysto.P Beautiful view from the top floor.Fajny large swimming pool. Well-equipped kitchen. Plates, pots, glasses, glasses. No microwave oven is probably the only minus. Lots of Germans in the area, but not a problem. min to Vodice and the same to Tribunij. A few minutes by car to supermarkets. In a word, a nice location of the facility for all trips. We felt sorry to leave (probably for the first time). Only book and not wait.

Good in all respects, the only criticism is regarding the final cleaning, which you have to do yourself, i.e. more detailed instructions for that if you want to get the guarantee amount back in full.
