They only had internet outages. Very clean, they take care of the pool and the entire facility. Close to everywhere, I'll be back :)

we were v 22.07.-04.08. in Croatia. House is well maintained, landlord tries. We were talked out of air conditioning, and there was no remote control in the apartment. So we slept with the window open, it was very loud towards the street. I couldn't sleep through the night. House is very noisy. Children were allowed to romp around in the pool at a disturbing volume until 11:30 p.m. No rules from the landlord

The complex is very nice, especially the outdoor area with the trees and the heated pool are great. Only the kitchen equipment could do with a small update and unfortunately the internet is very unstable.

We were in category Jad13: The apartment is on the 2nd floor over 2 levels and consists of 2 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, a second toilet and a kitchen/living room. The kitchen has hotplates, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, but NO oven. Particularly noteworthy is the huge pool for general use. Our children loved it and adults too can cool down or swim lengths in it. We drove directly to the beach in Jadronovo by car because our children are still very small and the path is very steep, which is especially noticeable when we go home - after you've bathed all day - when it turned out to be difficult. Jadronovo is the perfect starting point for various excursions, be it on Krk (about 5 € bridge toll) or to Lopar on Rab (ferry leaves from Krk). In Crikvenica (about 10km away) there is a Lidl and a large consumer, Deichmann, Kik, DM and of course a beach promenade and some small boutiques. In Jadronovo there are also 2 small consumption, but the choice of food there is very small.
