This home, located in the Kvarner Bay region of Croatia, is an exceptional property spread over 2,400 m². With three self-contained accommodation units, it can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests. The lushly equipped building tracts offer a high level of privacy and present modern, trendy spaces with air conditioning and TV in each bedroom. The living room with open kitchen and electric fireplace is on the first floor and a light-flooded common room with seating for 20 people is on the upper floor. The property offers fantastic views of the greenery and mountains from its private seating areas, partly covered to provide shade, and a 60 m² saltwater pool surrounded by a spacious terrace. The children's pool is only 30 cm deep, and there is also a playground for children. A super great spa area with Finnish sauna, bio sauna, shower, relaxation room, and massage room can be found in the basement. Massages can be booked on request. The villa is only 5 km from Crikvenica, where you will find shopping facilities and several beaches along the coast.
