Villa Olea Opatija/Bregi, Kvarner

The landlords were very nice and friendly. However, the house also had some defects that I have not read about in any reviews so far. It is probably being censored by interhome. The driveway to the house alone is not ideal, not to say unreasonable. Attention dog owners, the property is not fenced. The bathroom on the ground floor is simply an imposition. There are plenty of mirrors on the ground floor, but none of them are usable. In the bathroom on the ground floor there is not a single socket that is hot.

Beautifully located, tastefully furnished and spacious semi-detached house in Bregi. The owners live in the other half of the building, but can only be seen if you want them to. But then they are prompt and always extremely friendly (communication in English) and helpful. Fantastic, overgrown outdoor area with a panoramic view of the valley to Opatija, a small piece of the sea can be seen from the first floor. We felt very comfortable in Villa Olea.

The holiday home rightly has 5 stars in the classification. It is very nicely furnished. A high light is the pool. The owner B. is very nice and always available for questions. It's an advantage if you know some English as she doesn't speak German.

Very, very nice landlord. Beautiful view in a quiet location. Great villa with well-kept pool and garden.

My girlfriend and me went to Villa Olea for a week out of the main season. We thought that Villa Olea would be the perfect home to stay, and so it was ! The Villa is perfectly clean, super cozy and utilized with everything you need for a chilling stay with your family or friends ! The homeowners were super friendly, always there for a helpful chat and ready for help. The outer arrangements as the pool, whirlpool and garden were perfectly clean and ready to use. Would come back everytime ! :)
