Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Top floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC and air conditioning. Heating (extra), air-conditioning (extra). Facilities: safe, iron, baby cot. Terraced house "Antica", 3 storeys. 350 m from the centre of Punat, 8 km from the centre of Krk, 18 km from the centre of Baška, 400 m from the sea, 800 m from the beach. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at 30 m. Supermarket 300 m, bus stop 1.2 km, pebble beach 1 km, concrete beach 800 m. Please note: airfield 32 km from the property.

Location Description Krk

Historical, old, picturesque town, in the south-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 50 km south from Rijeka. In the resort: shopping centre, supermarket, shops, grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, night club, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Access: motorway A7 Rijeka - Krk. Then road 102 Malinska - Krk.

Preise im Umkreis der Unterkunft teurer als in Österreich. Man muss sich billige Lebensmittel und Märkte suchen. Diese sind ab ca. 10 km zu finden.

Buongiorno, anche quest'anno siamo ritornati. Ottima posizione sull'isola per gli spostamenti. Alloggio pulito e confortevole. I proprietari sono i vicini di casa, disponibili e gentili. Spero di poterci ritornare.

Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 adulti l'ultima settimana di giugno di quest'anno presso questa graziosa casa in linea. La posizione è ideale per muoversi sull' isola, c'è il posto auto riservato dietro l'abitazione che risulta essere estremamente comodo considerato che la casa si trova quasi nel cuore della parte vecchia del paese dove ci si muove tra viuzze strette e c'è poca possibilità di parcheggio. Alloggio molto pulito e ben attrezzato, buona la biancheria e i materassi, lavatrice, asse da stiro. Sicuramente è adatto per una famiglia, ma noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. La zona è silenziosa, i proprietari vivono vicini e sono disponibili e gentili. Ottima esperienza, da consigliare.

Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Privater Parkplatz, gemütliche Terrasse, , gut ausgestattete Küche (es war sogar Zucker, Salz... Spülmittel usw.), TV mit deutschen Sendern(!), es war alles sehr sauber, freundliche Vermieter. Die Fotos auf der Web-Seite entsprechen der Realität. Nur das Wlan war sehr schwach. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Vermieter waren super gastfreundlich Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wunderschöne Gegend. Auch alles zu Fuß erreichbar ob Strand, Discounter, Gaststätte ectr. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert Wir kommen wieder
