The apartment is very comfortable and clean. There is no air conditioning but we realized there was no air conditioning in the apartment. The owners were very friendly and nice to the guests. From the apartment a beautiful view of the bay and the town of Punat. We did not like the nearest beach, it was dirty and noisy - in the evenings, loud parties were held every day, also for young people, a plus place, for families with children you should avoid;) generally it is worth having a car and looking for a nice beach somewhere further

The hosts very obliging and very nice. I have been to many places and I can say that it will be especially close to me due to the kindness and favor of the hosts. According to the saying that it is not the place that creates the atmosphere, but the people who are there. The hostess waited for us until late evening hours. Lack of air conditioning can be a problem but it is compensated by the airy apartment and the beautiful view from the balcony.

This was our second time staying at this property and we were once again very impressed. A very nice holiday home. Very nice landlord and child-friendly. You have a beautiful view of the harbor in Punat and live very quietly. But you have to rely on the car.
