The rented apartment was dirty, dusty, there were ants in the kitchen, the kettle didn't work, the bathroom stank terribly and it was impossible to air it out, the smell made it impossible to stay in the apartment, the shower tap was broken, and there were flies flying around the entire apartment, especially in the bathroom.
