Semi-detached house "Cekić". 300 m from the centre of Sosići, 11 km from the centre of Rovinj, 26 km from the centre of Poreč, 11 km from the sea. For shared use: property 400 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (3,5 m diameter, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Garden furniture, barbecue (swing). In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 200 m, pebble beach 11 km. Marina 11 km.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber. Etwas altbacken und sehr dunkel. Schöne Terrasse. Der Ort ist sehr abgeschieden. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

In Summe haben wir 14 Tage dort verbracht und uns wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr ruhig, so dass man sich super entspannen konnte. Einzig die Matratzen könnten etwas härter sein. Die Gastgeberin war einfach nur super. Empfangen wurden wir mit Kaffee und zwischendurch gab es auch etwas Selbstgebackenes. Sogar ein Abschiedsgeschenk wurde uns überreicht. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Es waren wundervolle Tage und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern dort und waren mega begeistert. Sehr gastfreundlich, viel Platz mit Hund sehr gut geeignet und eine sehr nette Familie. Lage war perfekt mit dem Auto 10 Minuten in die City, Washsalon war auch in der Nähe und man kam von dort überall hin. Wir können es sehr weiter empfehlen.
