This home is a modern Istrian country-style villa located in the village of Rojnici, just a short distance from the central Istrian towns of Barban, Svetvinčenat, and Žminj. With four bedrooms and a large open living area, this villa is perfect for two families, groups of friends or couples. The villa offers great value for money with its desirable amenities such as a sauna, pool, and spacious lawn. The interior of the villa is modern and purist with trendy accessories and contemporary art pieces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and washing machine. The upper floor hosts three bedrooms each with an LCD TV and CD player. The balcony on this level provides fabulous views of the garden and pool. The villa's location makes it easy to explore the surrounding areas including hiking in Rasa valley or visiting historical towns like Pula.
