The apartment is just perfect in terms of facilities and location. Beach, restaurants and a small supermarket can all be reached in 2 minutes. The small market in the house was unfortunately closed during our stay. Only the music from the café in the house was sometimes a bit disturbing. The on-site support and the key handover worked perfectly. Thanks to B. There is a reserved parking space for each apartment which was very convenient and there is a lift.

Comfortable appartment for two persons in a new building, very close to a small beach. The apartment is completely equipped with kitchen and household appliances (TV, fridge, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). Very efficient service of sharing and commissioning the object (Mr. B.), thank you very much.

The apartment was very good. Unfortunately only capsule coffee machines. Bathing beach 50m away. Playground was right next to it. The only downside the shower stall was very calcified and not necessarily clean. Arriving at 13:00 we would have to discuss with the owner by phone about the check-in time from 16:00. After 15 minutes the keys were handed over. Otherwise highly recommended.

Very nice, new accommodation in close proximity to the beach. Key handover problem-free. B. was extremely nice/helpful, speaks fluent German. Location: right on the beach, in front of the playground. Supermarket and café on the ground floor, three restaurants nearby. Building: new building, parking space, storage room in underground garage. Apartment: upscale/new, clean, high-quality furnishings, air-conditioned, large balcony. Subjectively negative: music from the café underneath from 8 a.m. to midnight, waste disposal not sufficient.
