This home is a luxurious villa located in the peaceful village of Bale, just a short distance from Rovinj in the west of Istria. Set on a 2,000m² plot surrounded by nature, the villa offers a unique holiday experience with beautifully landscaped gardens and an outdoor pool complete with reclining facilities and dining area. The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with modern amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining areas, three large bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The basement includes a play and relaxation area for quiet moments. Guests have access to the adventure camp Mon Perin, just 10 minutes away on the beach, where they can enjoy crystal clear waters, restaurants, bars, sports facilities like a diving centre, riding school, windsurfing school and bicycle rental services. A free transfer to the camp is offered for guests' convenience.
