This charming villa is located in a quiet residential area, close to Pula, making it an ideal vacation home for architecture enthusiasts and those who prefer comfort and style. The 1,000 m² property is enclosed by a wall and offers a variety of spots to relax and socialize. Guests can enjoy the 45 m² saltwater infinity pool with hydro-massage function, a children's playground, trampoline, mobile table tennis table, comfortable loungers, and daybeds. The small open-air summer kitchen with a work surface, sink, and gas grill allows for outdoor meal preparation. The first floor boasts a large living-dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen with cooking island and a convenient guest toilet. Upstairs are five bedrooms each with a double bed and en suite shower rooms. Every bedroom provides access to the balcony with stunning views of the garden landscape.
