This luxurious villa, surrounded by a fenced plot of 800 m², offers maximum privacy with its two residential buildings and an indoor area of 300 m². The park-like outdoor area boasts a large pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, children's playground, trampoline, and brick charcoal grill. The cosy country house ambience features air-conditioned rooms with wood, natural stone elements, and color accents. The main house is spread over three floors and includes a spacious living/dining room with fireplace, SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, four double bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom, and a guest toilet. The smaller stone house near the pool has a small kitchen, dining area, living area, one bedroom with an en suite bathroom upstairs and access to a covered balcony. A game room with ping pong table, darts and a pool table completes the equipment of the villa. This property comfortably accommodates up to 14 people.
