This charming villa sits on over 1,000 m² of land and boasts family-friendly amenities. The villa includes angled terrace areas for both covered and open-air enjoyment, a stately pool with decorative mosaic tiles, a playground for the little ones, fitness equipment for the adults, and a brick grill integrated into a small summer kitchen. The villa's interior is modernly furnished with light gray tones, anthracite, white, and carefully dosed color contrasts. The spacious living area combines living, dining, and kitchen spaces to allow guests to spend time together while pursuing different activities. The villa has three double bedrooms, each with its own shower bathroom en suite and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms also has access to a balcony. The cosy sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeping space for two if needed.
