Martina (KOR301) Apartment 2 Korcula, Dubrovnik-Neretva

First: We were very happy with this accommodation, but there are points deducted for a few things. + Very clean + Well furnished + Top view (isn't there a construction crane in front of the house) + Spacious + Price okay - 180 steps + Road to the sea, apartment is on the 2nd floor + Carport - Only one central air conditioning unit, therefore very warm and in one bedroom very noisy - 1km to the beautiful beach, the private beach only paved - WLAN only 15 MBit - fridge is an additional radiator

The apartment is on the top floor with a fantastic view of the sea and its picturesque islands. This look alone gives rise to satisfaction and relaxation. Tastefully furnished and absolutely clean, we didn't lack for anything there. The landlady and family are extremely nice. As a gift we received local wine at the beginning and the second week. Many Thanks. The sea is just across the street down a few stairs directly to the water with its own jetty. There we spent our time sunbathing, jumping in the water (it's deep enough), snorkeling or just lounging. Water temperature was a wonderful 25 degrees. In Prizba there is a small supermarket with everything you need. Restaurants and a beach bar in the immediate vicinity. Be careful when ordering fish from smaller, private restaurants. Here, the billing is based on weight, where 4 sea breams quickly add up to 1.5 kilos and cost almost 100 euros. All in all, a great holiday on this beautiful island with the best weather in early September. The ferry ride from Split to Vela Luka is quite long but not really disturbing.
