Good location to go to the pebble beach in 2 minutes, nice garden area under the vine for breakfast (watch out for the bees) a big barbecue is available cool, the rooms are very large but no air conditioning, just a fan, no toilet upstairs. On the ground floor a bathroom with bathtub no shower (not practical for elderly people) and large living room with air conditioning and well-equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, toaster) but no microwave. The tenants are lovely. Regards

Very nice house in a great location - a bit away from the center of Zadar but very close to beaches (on three sides of the world, a few minutes walk away) and basic infrastructure (shop, restaurants). Nice owners.

We had a very good stay. The house is very clean, the owners very friendly and attentive. Very good bedding. Presence of a washing machine. Small garden with terrace and barbecue. The sea, port, supermarket and gas station within walking distance. Very good location. Vehicle space in front of the house. All it needs is a microwave. Apart from that you can go there with your eyes closed. We will come back !

Everything was great, everything was there, even a Nespresso capsule machine, a lovely terrace, close to the beach, Vesna is a lovely landlady who speaks good German. We were even able to check in early in the afternoon. We would recommend it. Kind regards

Great accommodation, clean and very friendly landlord

I stayed at this house last September with my partner and daughter. Everybody was happy. The lady is very, very nice and helpful. Great neighborhood. There was an Uber etc in town. We had a very good holiday. Thank you.

Very nice courteous landlord. Short distances to the beach, Konzum, gastronomy. House is very clean. Overlooking the sea. V. takes great care of the house and the guests. Nice holiday in Zadar.

The landlady offers one of the best services and vacation rentals for the price and will help with every little matter. The apartment is completely clean, beautiful, comfortable for any family who wants to settle into a new home in a short time. There is everything there! We recommend to every family, even those who have dogs. Next to Haus Meter there is an avenue for dogs where they can be taken for a walk. The balcony, the grill house, the view and 150 meters close to the sea. Excellent!

A very friendly and hard-working hostess, the house very clean and friendly furnished, for six people it is a bit cramped but 4 adults and 2 small children are fine. Unfortunately only one bathroom and one toilet. Otherwise the house is highly recommended.

A second bathroom and WV would be cheap
