Nestled on the rocky shores of the unspoilt island of Pašman, this villa has steps leading straight down into the sea. Designed for true outdoor living, it features a large terrace lined with sun loungers, an open-air living area, and an upstairs balcony for taking in the views. The interiors feel a little dated in parts, but they’re comfortable and homely, with a stone wood-fired oven in the kitchen adding rustic charm. As for the location, you’ll feel blissfully tucked away from it all here, yet still within easy reach of hidden coves, hiking and cycling trails in Kornati National Park, and just thirty minutes from the city of Zadar.
