Villa Luka Obrovac, Dalmatia - Zadar

Equipment is complete. Nice apartment with good furniture and mattresses. Huge well-kept pool and grounds. Additional refrigerator and fly screen available. Landlords are very nice and easy to reach.

Holiday home was great. Service from Interhome bottom drawer, totally bad.

The accommodation was very nice, large and provided by friendly landlords. But also has a few small minuses. For shopping you had to go to the next village... about 15 minutes away, even just for bread. The small shop no longer exists. The air conditioning is not sufficient for all rooms, for the rear rooms another one would have to be installed. In the last bedroom there is no possibility of blackout... at night or even during the day because of the sun.

Very nice house, the garden and pool were above expectations from the photos. Inside corresponds to the photos, neat and clean. The mattresses should be replaced. The owner lives upstairs, but you don't notice this. Very nice, helpful and attentive. The description of Obrovac sounds too "lively" more beautiful than it really is. The place looks shabby and dilapidated, bullet holes in the walls still from the war, later you get used to this. On the way to the villa you pass through this place and it seems deserted area afterwards. At first we were shocked by this, but reassured by the owner that there are more places in the area. In the vicinity of the villa, a 5 - 10 minute drive, are several small bathing places with nice restaurants and supermarkets. We had a nice holiday and stay.

We had a great family stay (2 adults and 4 older teenagers). Lots of room in the house, private pool. Very discreet but available owners. Quiet place. Car essential. Many visits possible within a radius of 70 km.

The spacious house is beautifully situated in the mountains. The beautiful pool and the extra grill house have inspired us. The apartment is comfortably furnished and can accommodate 6 people. Our landlords lived in the apartment directly above us and were very friendly. Because the village is rather remote, you definitely need a car here (shop around, excursions).
