-Key handover was done in 2 minutes -No internet access and no television although included in the price -One of the two bathrooms could not be used as it was leaking and the bathroom was then under water -No one asked if everything was OK -Parking space was not available either, although it was also stated -Harassment from excavation work from Monday to Wednesday -Grinding was carried out on Thursday and Friday -I am very disappointed and would not recommend this accommodation to anyone

Accommodation is very nice, right on the water, parking lots below are very narrow, so we paid 30 kuna a day and parked in the parking lot, below is a bar, the drinks are really cheap, 50 meters from our accommodation is a beach bar and they make very good burgers , have visited many small towns nearby, Zadar is about 30 min away

Great location, especially with small children, since the beach is right in front of the apartment. Facilities in order, WiFi and air conditioning available, as well as private parking. Key handover and contact person in the beach bar in the same house. In our apartment no. 4 no noise from the bar.

- WiFi was not satisfactory, kept breaking off - little things were missing: no sharp knife, no peeler, - cushions for the balcony chairs would be great

Very nice accommodation, modernly equipped and especially everything from AZ. I definitely recommend it.
