Ružica Apartment 2

We were here for the first time in 2017. The location and view are great, but the kitchen lacks a lot: - coffee pot, salad plate, egg cup, bread knife, fine-mesh sieve, dishes for preparing meals, only 2 teaspoons, only 2 saucers, dustpan. In the living room, the top drawer of the chest of drawers is broken, as is the right-hand window sash. The lighting in the small bathroom is more than primitive (protruding cables, etc.), and there are no shelves and no toilet paper holder. - The car parking space directly in front of the front door is only suitable for smaller cars. For larger cars...the driveway is wg. the existing fencing extremely difficult to impossible. We always parked in the space southeast of the building. - The awning on the roof terrace will come down in the foreseeable future, as it was stupidly attached to the front of the overhanging concrete roof, which is only about 10 cm thick, and not to its underside. - When it rains, there is always a small flood in the hallway, since the front door was installed without a threshold. - The very steep descent takes some getting used to, but it's fine as long as no other driver comes towards you. - Care and maintenance of the apartment, which is beautiful in and of itself, leaves a lot to be desired. We consider it urgently necessary to step on the toes of the owner of the apartment in this regard. The good location of the apartment, the large terrace with a great view of the sea and the coastline in a southeasterly direction, the presence of 2 bathrooms and the beautiful and easy-care tiled floors are positive.

I was now the 4th time in Croatia and I find the region around Omis to be the most scenic area. The town of Marusici is beautifully situated directly on the sea. There are 2 restaurants, a small grocery store and lots of tranquility. The property is far enough from the main street that you can't hear it. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms, both with access to the terrace. This is very large and offers a really breathtakingly beautiful view. About 280 steps to get to the beach, which consists of several small pebble bays. The water is crystal clear and you can relax there, on a few days we were completely alone in our bay. We would take the apartment again at any time, although a few small things should also be pointed out: The 2 bathrooms are quite small and in need of renovation. The kitchen is tiny, there is just enough crockery and cutlery, the cupboards are 2 meters high. There is a small coffee machine, but it doesn't work. The biggest drawback from our point of view: the promised awning on the terrace doesn't exist! Luckily the landlord provided us with 2 parasols
