It's interesting how you can be blinded by pictures, because with 6 people it would be really cramped in the living area of the apartment. As sleeping accommodation with a total of 4 people without using the kitchen inventory, the apartment was sufficient for me, but the best times are behind it. The whole house, which is clean in itself, is not recommended for sensitive noses. It is also a pity that there are no pictures of SZ 3, in which the electrical and internet distribution of the apartment hangs...

Living room, bathroom, toilet, kitchen on the ground floor, 2 other bedrooms on the top floor. Dangerous open staircase. We chose downstairs because of the bathroom, our friendly couple with 2 children upstairs. There was not a drop of detergent or soap etc! Floor needs deep clean, some adhesive. Good TV, excellent wifi (telenet), good elevator, clean linen! One garbage bag for an extended weekend. Ask carefully where to put it! Cutlery of everything exactly 6 (no dishwasher). Excellent price/quality!

The duplex is very well located. It is close to shops, the tram and the beach. A few minutes away there is the possibility of renting bicycles and kwistax. There are beautiful walks to do in the area. The furniture is sufficient for 6. Small bedside lamps would be a plus in the bedrooms. I do not recommend it with young children under 4 years old because the spiral staircases are open. Negative point: There were quite a few dead flies in the rooms when we arrived.

Very well located in relation to the shops and the beach and the dunes. Nice apartment, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staircase without a railing is stressful for children and older people. The pans and dishes are a little too small for the number of people. Positive assessment of this stay.

The apartment is nice, but some problems nonetheless. Three of the Velux curtains no longer work. It is therefore no longer possible to open them. Too bad, even if there are other windows allowing light to enter. This may be because the apartment is sometimes unoccupied for several weeks, the system eventually crashes. But hey, I also have Velux windows and I know that unfortunately, around every ten years, these Velux curtains have to be replaced.

Pros: + close to restaurants, beach, shops, cafes. + good beds + sufficient cupboards (storage space) + sufficient space (4 adults + 2 children) + pleasant apartment + no nuisance from neighbors Negatives: - cleaning was not as expected (generally not clean, a lot of dust, dirty hood, no polished feeling) - very little household goods (dishes, pots, pans). We hardly had wine glasses, but after a report at the office we received new ones. - fridge is quite small

We enjoyed our stay very much. Despite the 3 bedrooms, it's more of an apartment for 4 people than for 6. Quiet place, very bright apartment On the other hand, in the kitchen, not enough crockery: 3 bowls for 6 people, small saucepans, lack of dishes. in short we adapt but it's a shame.

The sofa is so worn it is impracticable. We had to put a bath towel on it to be able to sit down...which is not normal. The kitchen is not well equipped...not even a salad dish. Also impractical for 6 people

We booked this accommodation as a "base" for a short break for 2 people (e.g. for Bruges). She's ok for that. It is difficult to load or unload in front of the house. There are free parking spaces only on the parallel expressway in 2-300 meters. There is no garbage disposal at the house itself. Paid containers (2EUR) are in a parking lot nearby. Bedrooms are acceptable (but no bedside tables). Toilet: small, windowless, poorly ventilated. Balcony is enough for 2.

Easily accessible with parking in front of the door at the end of August. Floor was still dirty. Toilet to be replaced. Smell of the underlying pizzaria sometimes annoying. Kitchen supplies were limited. No nuisance from neighbor noise. Stay was suitable for 6.

Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations. There was enough space for 5 people, but there were cables lying around everywhere, in one of the bedrooms there were still water connections, an electricity box and cables at a height where small children could easily access them. Unfortunately it wasn't really clean, the extractor hood was black with dirt, the bathroom etc. We made the best of it. Unfortunately, our complaint was not properly addressed.

location good. Equipment poor, there is no dessert and storage space in the bedrooms. like a bedside lamp kitchen equipment is missing eins.- sieve, Brotmewsser, etc. There is no coffee table where you can put something, there is also no possibility where you can hang up bath towels in the bathroom. There are televisions in the bedroom but no German programs only in the corner in the living room. Note that parking on public roads costs 20 euros per week.
